1. Scope
These General Terms & Conditions apply to all classes, courses, workshops, events, memberships, products, and services offered by KARMA YOGA, whether booked through Eversports or in person. By booking and/or participating in any KARMA YOGA service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.

2. Booking & Paymen
tAll bookings must be made through the Eversports platform or other designated booking systems used by KARMA YOGA.

• Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
• All prices are listed in CHF and may be updated at any time.
• Class passes and memberships are personal and non-transferable.

3. Cancellation Policy
Group Classes: Cancellations must be made within the period specified on Eversports (usually 10 hours before class). Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.

• Workshops & Special Events: These may have separate cancellation policies. Please refer to the specific event page.
• KARMA YOGA reserves the right to cancel or modify classes at any time. In such cases, any prepaid bookings will be credited back to the participant.

4. Assumption of Risk
By participating in any KARMA YOGA class, workshop, or event, you acknowledge that:

• Physical activity carries inherent risks, including minor injuries such as muscle soreness or strains and, in rare cases, more serious injuries.
• You are responsible for monitoring your own body and practicing within your personal limits.
• You will inform the instructor if you notice any safety concerns or if you need modifications.

5. Personal Health & Responsibility
By booking a class, you confirm that you are physically and mentally able to participate safely.

• You certify that you have no medical condition that would prevent participation, and if unsure, you agree to consult your physician beforehand.
• KARMA YOGA may request a medical clearance letter if concerns arise regarding your health or safety.

6. Liability Waiver
In consideration of participating in KARMA YOGA activities, you agree to:

• Assume full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage you may sustain during participation.
• Release KARMA YOGA, its owners, instructors, staff, contractors, and partners from all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct as defined by Swiss law.

7. Safety & Conduct
Participants agree to:

• Follow all instructions given by KARMA YOGA instructors and staff.
• Use equipment mindfully and respect shared spaces, including rented studios and pop-up venues.
• Understand that failure to follow safety guidelines may result in exclusion from classes.

8. Media Release
You grant KARMA YOGA permission to use photos, videos, or audio recordings taken during classes or events for marketing and promotional purposes.
If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify the instructor or staff before the class.

9. Personal Belongings
KARMA YOGA is not responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of personal items. Please keep your belongings with you or stored safely during class.

10. Changes to Terms
KARMA YOGA reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on Eversports or upon request.
