FAQs
Yes. You can cancel up to 10 hours before class in Eversports, and your credit will be returned. Cancellations made later than 10 hours will be charged. For class packs, the credit will be lost. Even if it’s last minute (less than 10 hours), we kindly ask you to cancel so someone else may join.
Yes — class packs are valid for both weekly classes and special pop-up sessions, giving you full flexibility.
All purchases are final, but class credits can always be used within their validity period.
