  • VINYASA YOGA
    Rooted in breath and rhythm, this flowing practice invites you to explore the connection between body, breath, and awareness. Each class is intentionally sequenced to help you build strength, flexibility, and focus — while staying connected to what feels real and true for you.

    Expect creative, accessible sequences infused with grounding moments of stillness, breathwork, and gentle awareness.

    This is an all-levels friendly class — whether you're just beginning or deepening your practice, you are welcome here.
  • YIN YOGA & MEDITATION
    This Yin & Meditation class blends slow, supported Yin Yoga postures—low to the ground, deeply restorative for the body and nervous system—with guided breathwork (pranayama) and meditation.

    Each posture is held for several breaths (3-7 minutes), creating space to gently stretch, improve flexibility, and ease deep layers of tension.

    Accessible to all levels, the practice invites you to soften, release, and reconnect inward. The intentional weaving of movement, mindful breathing, and meditation offers space to unwind and return to a sense of balance.

Meet Daria Lavrik, the founder of KARMA YOGA.

I didn’t always live in this rhythm. For decades, I moved through corporate corridors—meeting deadlines, chasing outcomes, living mostly in my head.

But something deep within kept whispering: there’s more. Yoga found me and held me when I needed it most. I kept returning - until it became not just a practice, but a way of being. Over time, I left the corporate world behind to share what had quietly transformed me.

Now, through KARMA YOGA, I hold space for others to come home to themselves.

Karma Yoga is my way of weaving us back together—students, teachers, studios. A gentle reminder that we do this together.

That healing, growth, and change are not solo journeys.
We move. We pause. We feel.
And through it all—we return to what’s real.

We move through life with intention.
