YIN YOGA & MEDITATION
This Yin & Meditation class blends slow, supported Yin Yoga postures—low to the ground, deeply restorative for the body and nervous system—with guided breathwork (pranayama) and meditation.
Each posture is held for several breaths (3-7 minutes), creating space to gently stretch, improve flexibility, and ease deep layers of tension.
Accessible to all levels, the practice invites you to soften, release, and reconnect inward. The intentional weaving of movement, mindful breathing, and meditation offers space to unwind and return to a sense of balance.
