Mats and props are provided at most locations, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer. For pop-ups, details will be listed in the class description.
We mainly offer Vinyasa flow and Yin Yoga & Meditation, often woven with breathwork (pranayama), meditation, and grounding practices. For more information head to "About" page or Eversports.
Yes. Every class is designed with options and variations, so you can practice at your own pace whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner.
